A big idea.

It was in 2018. We were traveling in California and it all started as a joke. Both Elena and I have a background in the restaurant business, but we didn't have a restaurant of our own. When we got back home, that joke turned into a real project, and we came up with a format for an Italian restaurant focused on regional cuisine from Marche Region that was not in the American market.

After, carefully researching the market, we’ve come to the realization that on such a huge market like NYC, there was nothing dedicated to the cuisine of Marche Region, and then we started from there. We picked up this area and this location because we wanted our CREMINI’S project to be dedicated to a wide, cosmopolitan audience of people who are interested in discovering new flavors and to create a long lasting relationship and an emotional connection with us, not the hit and run tourist type. We fell in love with the Carroll Gardens area.
